Service call fee
A service call fee of $150 is collected at the time of scheduling. This fee covers travel to your location within our standard service area and a diagnostic assessment of the issue described. A one hour minimum labor charge is required with all service calls; contact us for current labor rates. It does not include repair labor or parts, which are quoted separately after diagnosis.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your service call fee is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show at the scheduled time, forfeit the fee. If we are unable to arrive within your scheduled window, you receive a full refund regardless of notice.
Authorization for repairs
No repair work beyond diagnosis is performed without your explicit approval of the scope and price. Approval may be given in writing, by text, or by email. Additional issues discovered during a repair are brought to you for separate approval before any further work.
Access and site conditions
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the RV at the scheduled time, including any permissions required by a campground, storage facility, or property owner. If our technician cannot access the RV at the scheduled time, the visit is treated as a no-show.
Warranty
Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, weather, or subsequent work performed by others. Contact us promptly if you believe a repair has failed.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost trips, lodging, or towing costs.
